While all our clinic staff embody these values, there are some who exceed our high standards consistently, setting a new bar and inspiring others to do the same.
During our recent Q2 All-Hands meeting, CareATC honored and acknowledged health center locations who provided excellent patient experience, earned strong patient loyalty, and achieved a high rate of survey participation among satisfied patients. After meeting these targets for four consecutive quarters, one clinic was honored with CareATC’s Pinnacle Award— given to a team who embodies our organizational values and goes above and beyond for 12 months straight. Our annual award reflects more than one team’s excellent performance; it honors a team who supported each other, changed thousands of patients’ lives, and cultivated relationships within the organization that enabled them to thrive.
While it’s an incredible accomplishment to meet high standards of patient satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty for three months, meeting them for a year requires the dedication and heart to excel consistently, never allowing complacency to set in.
