INGREDIENTS

  • 2 very ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup rolled or quick oats
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mash the bananas together in a bowl before mixing in the oats. After the bananas and oats are well mixed, add the chocolate chips.
  3. Form small cookie balls with your batter and place on a cookie sheet, greased with a small amount of coconut oil. Flatten the balls slightly to the cookie shape you desire, they will not expand when baking.
  4. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
  5. Let the cookies cool a bit and enjoy!
* If you are saving leftovers, it is best to store them loosely covered and eat within two days.
