Banana Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
INGREDIENTS
- 2 very ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup rolled or quick oats
- ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mash the bananas together in a bowl before mixing in the oats. After the bananas and oats are well mixed, add the chocolate chips.
- Form small cookie balls with your batter and place on a cookie sheet, greased with a small amount of coconut oil. Flatten the balls slightly to the cookie shape you desire, they will not expand when baking.
- Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
- Let the cookies cool a bit and enjoy!
