Power up with avocado toast for breakfast or have it as your afternoon snack.

Never made avocado toast before? No worries, it is very easy!

Simply toast a piece of whole grain bread, spread it with ¼ of a mashed avocado (or slices of avocado, if you prefer), sprinkle with some salt and red pepper flakes and enjoy a snack in minutes.

Does that not sound exciting enough for you?

You can make your avocado toast a little more exciting! Check out my favorite 4 ways to design avocado toast:

  1. Apple Gorgonzola - Top with avocado and apple slices and sprinkle with gorgonzola crumbles.
  2. Cucumber Dill - Top with avocado and cucumber slices and sprinkle with fresh or dried dill.
  3. Balsamic Strawberry - Top with avocado, strawberries, and basil and finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
  4. The Classic - Top with tomato slices, salt and pepper.

Do one of these sound particularly delicious to you? Try it for breakfast one day this week!
