No-Bake Energy Bites [Recipe]
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of oats
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup dark chocolate mini chips
- ½ cup honey
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds or any other addition you like (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix all the ingredients thoroughly in a medium sized bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Take the dough out of the refrigerator and roll it 1 inch wide balls.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
