No-Bake PB Energy Bites are easy to make, perfect to take on the go, and packed with the nutrients of a good, hearty snack. Peanut butter gives you the energy to push through the morning or afternoon, while the oats provide fiber to keeps you full and promote health digestion.

This recipe is only 5 steps and 5 ingredients, but feel free to get creative make your energy bites your own! Add nutritious favorites such as chia seeds, flaxseed, shredded coconut, sunflower seeds or raisins. Make your no-bake energy bites exactly what you need to keep your energy up and power through the day.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of oats
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate mini chips
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or any other addition you like (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly in a medium sized bowl.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Take the dough out of the refrigerator and roll it 1 inch wide balls.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
