About Your Health Center Benefit

Kimball International has partnered with CareATC to provide little to no-cost, high-quality medical care for eligible members. Eligible members include employees, spouses and dependent on the medical plan. At CareATC, eligible members get access to comprehensive medical care that includes primary care visits, prescription management, and lab tests. View the complete list of available services.

Available Services

Along with primary care, Kimball International employees and their families have access to additional care team members consisting of mental health counselors, registered dietitians and physical therapists through onsite and virtual visits for customized care that helps you transform your health.

  A licensed clinical social worker will connect you with resources to succeed in your health and wellness journey.
  

   

• Low-Cost In-Person & Virtual Physical Therapy

  Heal and strengthen your body from injuries and everyday wear and tear.
  

   

• No-Cost Mental Health Counseling

  Meet with a mental health therapist to find ways to focus on strengths to improve your emotional wellness.
  

   

• No-Cost Nutrition Counseling

  Work with a registered dietitian to receive nutrition counseling to identify long-term goals for a healthier lifestyle.

• Health Management Programs

  Programs available to help you better manage your health; including Diabetes Management Program, Tobacco Cessation Program, Weight Management Program, Healthy Heart Program, and more.

How much does it cost? 

Employees, spouses and dependent on the medical plan can receive preventive services at no cost per appointment. Non-preventive services are $30 per appointment. For employees, spouses and dependents not on the medical plan, preventive services and non-preventive services are $50 per appointment.
