How can I schedule an appointment?

Visit the  CareATC Patient Portal or download the CareATC Mobile App. 

Have trouble accessing your account? You can call Member Support at (918) 779-7446.

How do I activate my account?

Visit careatc.com/activate or download the CareATC Mobile App. Follow the prompts to verify your identity and create your account.

What services are available through BeWell+?

BeWell+ provides virtual primary care, preventive services, chronic condition management, and access to select lab services and generic medications.

Are medications included with BeWell+?

Select generic medications are available at no cost. Review the BeWell+ formulary for more information and consult your provider about your treatment options.

You have the option to pick-up medications at your local retailer or have them delivered right to your door. 

How do I schedule my Personal Health Assessment?

How to Schedule a Personal Health Assessment

 

If you are near a CareATC Health Center: 

  1. Log in to the CareATC Mobile App 
  2. Select Schedule a Visit
  3. Select Patient
  4. Select Personal Health Assessment
  5. Select PHA Draw 
  6. Select At a Health Center 
  7. Select an Appointment Date & Time 
  8. Select Book Appointment 

If you are NOT near a CareATC Health Center, you have the option to schedule a lab draw via LabCorp or Quest Diagnostics. Begin the process using the CareATC Mobile App: 

  1. Log in to the CareATC Mobile App
  2. Select Schedule a Visit
  3. Select Patient
  4. Select Personal Health Assessment
  5. Select PHA Draw 
  6. Select At Another Location 
  7. Choose a Local Vendor Such as LabCorp or Quest Diagnostics 
  8. Follow the Prompts & Schedule Appointment
