At CareATC, we believe exceptional care starts with exceptional people. Every day, our teams show up with heart, skill, and commitment—caring for patients as whole people and supporting one another with purpose. That’s why we make it a priority to pause, reflect, and celebrate those who go above and beyond to live out our mission and values.
Our annual awards are more than recognition; they are a reflection of who we are as an organization. From frontline clinicians to behind-the-scenes leaders, these honorees represent the compassion, dedication, and excellence that define CareATC. We are proud to recognize our 2025 LifeStar and CORE4 Award recipients, whose impact is felt not only in outcomes, but in patients’ lives changed.
2025 LifeStar Award Recipients: Transforming Lives Through Care
The LifeStar Award honors teams that exemplify whole-person care and deliver truly life-changing outcomes.
- Stihl Health & Wellness Center (Virginia Beach, VA) supported a patient recovering from cardiac arrest, helping them return to near baseline function through personalized care and trust-building.
- Sunbelt Solomon (Solomon, KS) guided a patient to lower his A1c from 11.4 to 5.0 in just 10 months, lose 80 pounds, and inspire healthier habits within his entire family.
- Dougherty Ferry (St. Louis, MO) went above and beyond for a patient facing financial barriers by connecting her with medication assistance and establishing a clinic food pantry stocked with healthy options.
These stories are powerful reminders of why our work matters and how compassionate care can create ripple effects far beyond the clinic walls.
