As CareATC welcomes 2026 with a renewed commitment to serving our clients, patients, and the communities where they live, we're taking a moment to reflect on the meaningful charitable work accomplished throughout 2025. It's been a year marked by generosity, hands-on service, and a deep dedication to making a difference beyond the walls of our healthcare centers.
Throughout 2025, CareATC contributed over $12,000 to local organizations doing vital work across the country. But our commitment extended far beyond financial support. Our leadership team and staff members rolled up their sleeves and volunteered their time at numerous charitable organizations, distributing food at food banks, providing medical supplies and equipment to underserved areas, and helping to bridge critical care gaps in impoverished communities.
One of our most impactful partnerships was with the Atlanta Community Food Bank, an organization that collaborates with over 700 community nonprofit partners throughout metro Atlanta and north Georgia to fight hunger and engage communities. Our team's efforts helped package an incredible 15,572 meals for families in need, a tangible reminder of how collective action can address food insecurity.
We were also proud to support Ruiz 4 Kids, an organization committed to breaking down barriers to higher education. To date, Ruiz 4 Kids has awarded over $5 million in college scholarships to graduating high school seniors from Texas, California, and South Carolina, investing in the future of countless young people who might otherwise struggle to afford college.
Additionally, through employee nominations, we provided charitable support to Lighthouse, a remarkable organization dedicated to educating, empowering, and employing thousands of people who are visually impaired or blind in Citrus, Pasco, and Hernando counties in Florida. Supporting organizations like Lighthouse aligns with our healthcare mission of improving lives and expanding access to opportunities.
Our quarterly market visits throughout 2025 provided additional opportunities to amplify our impact in communities across the nation. In St. Louis, we partnered with the St. Louis Area Food Bank to combat hunger in the region. Our Salt Lake City team volunteered with Globus Relief, supporting their mission to deliver medical supplies and equipment to underserved communities worldwide. In Louisville, we worked alongside SOS International to serve vulnerable populations, and in Tulsa, we joined forces with the Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma to help ensure food security for families throughout the region.
These experiences have reinforced what we already know: healthcare extends beyond clinical settings. True health and wellness are built in communities where people have access to nutritious food, educational opportunities, essential medical supplies, and the support systems they need to thrive.
As we move into 2026, CareATC is excited and proud to continue elevating our impact in the communities we serve. Through ongoing charitable giving, dedicated volunteering, and our unwavering commitment to exceptional care for our clients and patients, we're building a healthier, more equitable future, one community at a time.
