Arlington, TX -  With over two thousand full time employees, the City of Arlington is committed to optimizing organizational effectiveness by attracting, developing, engaging and retaining a talented and diverse workforce supporting the City’s mission and vision. The latest benefit being made available to employees is a network of near-site primary care clinics with CareATC, a leading employee population health management provider.

Each clinic will provide medical services and serve as a hub of health promotion to employees, pre-65 retirees, eligible spouses and enrolled dependents covered under the City’s medical plan to include but not limited to: primary care, preventive screenings, health risk assessments, acute and urgent care, immunizations, injections, disease management, lifestyle education, health coaching, and primary care case management. The clinics will ensure that participants have continued access to high-quality primary care and disease prevention services.

City employees and their families will have access to four clinic locations in 2018:

Arlington Clinic located at 3050 S. Center Street, Suite 120;

Richardson Clinic located at 1060 W. Campbell Rd. Suite 300;

Fort Worth Clinic located at 6618 Fossil Bluff Dr., Suite 132;

Mansfield Clinic to open Summer 2018.
