Company with World's Largest Land-Based Drilling Rig Fleet Invests in Employee On-Site Clinic

Houston, TX – Nabors Industries (NYSE: NBR) owns and operates the world's largest land-based drilling rig fleet and is a leading provider of offshore drilling rigs in the United States and multiple international markets. Nabors has partnered with CareATC Inc., a leading workplace wellness service provider, to open an on-site primary care clinic providing employees and eligible dependents access to preventive and acute care services.

On-site medical services are fully operated by CareATC and will be available to all Nabors employees on the corporate healthcare plan at no cost. Nabors has a self-funded employee benefit plan and is joining the growing number of employers utilizing on-site healthcare to save money on their healthcare spend.

Services at the clinic include full service primary care, on-site lab draws and prescription drug dispensation. Without the traditional limitations of mainstream primary care, Nabors employees can experience timely access to quality primary care, spend more time with a primary care provider, and receive prescribed medications on-site at little to no cost. Employees also benefit from an annual Personal Health Assessment, a comprehensive biometric often serves as a first step toward establishing and reaching health and wellness goals.

“Nabors joins the ranks of leading employers seeking sustainable cost management strategies, including providing direct access to primary care. Nabors’ highly skilled workforce continues to set new standards for operational excellence and transform the oil and gas industry. Our goal is to do the same in healthcare. We look forward to serving the Nabors family,” says Paul Keeling, CareATC Chief Business Development Officer.
