Inspired by members of the Institute community, Patient Experience Week (PX Week) prompts healthcare organizations worldwide to recognize achievements, rejuvenate efforts, and honor those who contribute to patient well-being every single day. From physicians and nurses to executives and support staff, this week serves as a collective appreciation of everyone involved in the healthcare journey (The Beryl Institute, 2024).

Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment isn't just a moral obligation; it's a strategic imperative. Every year on April 28th, World Safety & Health at Work Day is a global reminder of this essential commitment. Established in 2003 by the International Labour Organization (ILO), this day underscores the collective responsibility of organizations, governments, labor unions, and public health sectors to prioritize workplace safety and well-being (National Today, 2024).
