This professional coming of age is sure to bring with it many changes for the American workplace landscape, but how much of the Millennial culture hype will actually result in innovation?
Remote working, social media freedom, cross compatibility between many devices, and a global pool of hiring continue to be causes brought forth by Millennial minds (or at least the business journalists who write about them). 2016 may be the year we start to see what sticks.
