Firms Boost HR Tech Spending | Carah Counts | HR Insights blog by CareATC, IncThe Human Capital Media Advisory Group has recently found that most HR departments have spent more on technology in 2015 than in the year prior.

Despite a growth in spending across the board, there are so many technological options to choose from, that HR teams are having to be choosy.

The most popular technology for HR was mobile talent management software, with well more than half of respondents either planning to invest in it or already using it.

The survey found drew many other conclusions, but in all cases, it's more technology and more money. The task for today's Human Resource professionals is to separate the wheat from the chaff in finding the best value for their money.
