Surveys show that Millennials would rather have work flexibility than high pay or prestige.
HR does best when they craft a culture where employees can create individual solutions.
Some employees opt for early morning schedules, so they can be home with their kids after school. Others want a deadline-driven schedule, allowing them to work wherever they please as long as their work is completed well and on time.
There are just as many versions of a "healthy work-life balance" as you have employees, HR just has to make them possible.
