Anyone who has worked for such a company knows how disorienting the process can be. Dense paperwork, incomprehensible web platforms, and industry jargon can make employees decide they're better off fending for themselves.

Businesses that truly want to provide for their workers' needs must find a better way to communicate.

Today's answer is predictive analytics. Predictive analytics allows businesses to scan their employees according to "demographics, socio-economic status, benefits usage, habits, environmental variables and life events to generate timely recommendations and messages tailored to the individual health, financial and lifestyle needs of each employee."

The result is, ideally, the perfect benefit delivered at the perfect moment, without individual employees having to dig endlessly for them.
