Rather than surrendering our jobs to computers and robots, the future workplace may have a more human purpose than ever before.

"People Skills," or the inherently social exhanges that humans understand innately, are rising in prominence in the era of AI and automation.

Traditional roles of therapy, teaching, and management are finding renewed relevance in the era of digital isolation. For an industry like Human Resources, the coming years may see our role amplified and expanded.
