This is an increasingly common scenario for job listings that aren't optimized for mobile.

More people are searching for jobs on mobile devices than ever before, and your hiring team needs to keep up with the trend.

94% of job hunters use one or more mobile devices on the job hunt, with 28% using a smartphone. About half of these complete the entire application process on a smartphone. 

While this last group is still in the minority, this is not an insignificant number. What's more, this population is growing.
