Companies Are Spending More on Corporate Wellness Programs but Employees Are Leaving Millions on the Table

A new survey indicates that the average company spends $693 per employee on health and wellness benefits programming, up more than $250 from just five years ago.

Despite increased incentives, participation rates are still lower than desired across the board, leaving employers the task of finding new ways to encourage workers to take advantage of such benefits.
