The healthcare industry is very diverse, so broad recommendations must also be very general. But in every case, industry thinkers call on the next generation of healthcare providers to be customer-centric.
This goes for every point of contact. It's impossible to know how American healthcare will look in ten years. But if other industries are any hint, it will be warmer, more compassionate, and a lot easier to understand.
